Four Injured in Miami Beach Balcony Collapse

The Miami Beach Fire Rescue Department said four people were injured after a balcony collapsed.

The second-floor balcony collapsed onto an empty vehicle. The four people on the balcony were hospitalized but are listed in stable condition at Mount Sinai Medical Center.

Carlos Borelly lives next door and recorded some of the rescue on his cell phone. He saw two men and two women take a dangerous drop.

"She was in pain. Her leg was stuck in the car, between the car and the balcony," said one witness.

Officials are inspecting the building's structural integrity after the incident at 8425 Harding Avenue.
