No. 1: Former Volunteer High School Coach Facing Child Porn Charges

A former volunteer hockey coach at a South Florida high school is facing multiple child pornography charges after authorities said they found dozens of lewd images in his possessions. Nicholas Gulliman, who had been a volunteer ice hockey coach at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Ft. Lauderdale, was arrested Wednesday on 20 separate child pornography charges, Broward Sheriff’s Office officials said.

No. 2: Chase Suspect Who Threatened to ‘Blow Up’ Miami-Dade Schools in Custody

A man who allegedly threatened to “blow up” his ex-girlfriend’s children’s schools is set to appear in bond court Friday. Authorities were searching for William Richard, 33, all day and found him near Florida Memorial College. As they tried to take him into custody, he fled, police said.

No. 3: President Trump to Announce National Emergency

President Trump is expected to announce that he will be spending roughly $8 billion on border barriers from funds targeted for military construction and counterdrug efforts. Trump’s announcement is set to be made Friday at 10 a.m.
