The Hard Rock Stadium opened its doors Tuesday for an exclusive tour of its newest features. The $500 million renovation project funded by Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross is complete.

Unveiled in phase three, Hard Rock Stadium features a new partnership with Aston Martin Residences for luxury suites, theatre boxes on the BankUnited Club level and party terraces on the 300 level. The stadium is also debuting four new corner clubs.

"Those [The Nine] suites, I kind of say, are like sitting on the back of a yacht watching the game. I don't know that there is a better suite experience anywhere in sports," said Tom Garfinkel, President & CEO of the Miami Dolphins.

During the latest renovation, the parking lot was redesigned and there were changes to the landscaping outside the stadium.

And, there is no shortage of food or drinks at Hard Rock Stadium. Several Tap Rooms feature nearly 60 beers. Coyo Taco, Jackson Soul Food, Los Ranchos, OB House and Shorty's BBQ are all new to the stadium and have plenty to chose from on their menus.

The owner of the popular Momofuku in New York has also setup shop, whipping up chicken sandwiches with a twist at a concession named Fuku.

"It's a little bit spicy. Maybe very spicy for some, but not that spicy for others," said David Chang, owner of Momofuku.

Dolphins fans will be the first to enjoy the new and improved Hard Rock Stadium on Thursday for a preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons.

"Miami is really a curator of culture around the country, whether that's art, music, fashion, food, sports, so I think Hard Rock Stadium is indicative of all of that," said Garfinkel.
