Daniela Flamini is a bilingual digital editor at NBC 6 and Telemundo 51 in Miami. Before joining the web team at NBC/Telemundo, Flamini worked as a reporter and researcher with Poynter Institute for Media Studies, a researcher with the Duke Reporters' Lab and a reporter with el Nuevo Herald. As an undergraduate student at Duke University, she completed an honors interdisciplinary thesis on the global fact-checking movement and what the practice of fact-checking reveals about the state of modern digital journalism. In her spare time, Flamini enjoys reading magazines, watching Netflix shows and running.
