Police said the 20-year-old is the stepson of a sheriff’s deputy and used her former service weapon during the shooting.
Ikner was brought to the Leon County Detention Facility on the felony charges but was transferred to the Wakulla County Detention Facility, a standard protocol since he's a deputy's stepson, officials said.
He's awaiting his first appearance in court.
